Baritone Đào Mác
Born in 1989 in Hưng Yên, Đào Mác is an opera artist and lecturer in vocal music.
Đào Mác studied Classical Vocal Music at the Vietnam National Academy of Music.
He also completed an internship at the Musiktheater im Revier Opera House in Gelsenkirchen, Germany in 2017, following his success in the role of Papageno in Mozart's opera "Die Zauberflöte" (The Magic Flute).
His career is marked by significant roles such as Dr. Falke in the operetta "Die Fledermaus" by Johann Strauss, Kaspar in the opera "Der Freischütz" by Carl Maria von Weber, Le Baron in the operetta "La Vie Parisienne" by Offenbach, Mr. X in the detective opera "Yesterday’s Memory" scripted by Anna Sophie Weber, Danilo in the operetta "Die lustige Witwe" by Franz Lehár, and Dế Mèn in the musical "Dế Mèn Phiêu Lưu Ký" by Việt Anh. Recently, he portrayed Lord Nguyễn in the opera "Công Nữ Anio" by Trần Mạnh Hùng.
Đào Mác has participated in numerous major orchestral concerts both domestically and internationally.
Currently, he serves as a Soloist at the Ho Chi Minh City Ballet Symphony Orchestra and Opera, as a vocal music lecturer at the Ho Chi Minh City Conservatory of Music, a vocal music lecturer at the Military Arts and Culture University Branch 2, and the head of the Vocal Music Department at MPU School of Popular Music.
